About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role you will ensure residents and guests have an exceptional experience in our exclusive lounge area, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as required.
• Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; professional appearance and grooming standards.
