Residential Valuations Administrator

About the role

The Residential Valuations Administrator will support Savills’ residential valuation team in Dubai, ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate documentation, and timely delivery of valuation reports to clients and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full administrative lifecycle of residential valuation instructions, from job setup to progress tracking and closure.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, clients and internal stakeholders to confirm valuation requirements and meet service level agreements.
• Prepare, review and file valuation reports and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory frameworks and AML/KYC policies.
• Maintain internal systems such as CRM, job‑tracking tools and compliance databases with real‑time updates.
• Assist surveyors with diary management, site access arrangements and collection of property and legal documentation.
• Support billing and invoicing processes, keeping accurate records of instructions, quotes and payments.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence and team coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within property, banking or professional services.
• Familiarity with property valuation processes and RICS standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, multi‑tasking ability and reliable communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM or valuation software such as Argus, Reapit or SAP.
