About the role
The Resin Mix Technician is responsible for the safe production of epoxy resins in a semi‑automated manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing raw materials, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring product quality while following strict safety and procedural standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare raw materials and equipment for epoxy resin mixing in the mixer area.
- Operate and interact with HMI‑controlled semi‑automated equipment and machinery.
- Package finished resin products and transport them to the storage area.
- Use SAP and scanning devices to track, move, consume, and label materials throughout the plant.
- Verify that procedures and material storage instructions are followed, and take samples for the Quality department.
Required profile
- High school diploma or apprenticeship with relevant on‑the‑job experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resin manufacturing or a similar industrial setting.
Required skills
- Scanning devices operation.
- HMI‑controlled semi‑automated equipment handling.
- Proficiency with SAP for material and production tracking.
