Resort Assistant Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Resort Assistant Manager will ensure that front‑service areas operate at five‑star standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout arrival, stay, and departure. You will act as an ambassador for the resort, maintaining impeccable personal presentation and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Front Desk and lobby operations, ensuring seamless coordination with Front Office, Front Services, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Maintain and elevate guest service delivery standards to meet the resort’s luxury expectations.
• Monitor daily performance, address guest issues promptly, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop front‑service teams to achieve high standards of professionalism and service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within an internationally recognized luxury hotel or resort.
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong team motivation skills, and the ability to promote a healthy team spirit.
• Immaculate personal presentation and a passion for developing staff.
