Resources Strategy Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Resources Strategy Consultant to lead Emiratization and talent development initiatives across the UAE. The role focuses on designing and delivering strategic, digital, and operating‑model solutions for government agencies while placing Emirati talent at the core of transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of business challenges to generate actionable insights for clients and industry sectors.
• Support delivery of workstreams related to platform design, operating‑model design, and business/digital strategy development.
• Develop business cases and value‑realisation models for national digital initiatives.
• Design digital architecture and contribute to the creation of impact‑driven solutions for government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align strategy with Emiratization goals.
• Ensure alignment of projects with sustainability, inclusion, diversity & equity (ID&E) objectives.

Required profile

• Emirati national (as required by local regulations).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience delivering strategy, digital, and operating‑model projects for government or public‑sector clients.
