Response Center Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Response Center Operator to monitor the operational status of autonomous vehicles and coordinate rapid responses to incidents, accidents, and emergencies. The role demands high situational awareness, clear communication, and swift decision‑making in dynamic environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time status of autonomous vehicle fleets.
• Identify traffic accidents, emergencies, and operational incidents.
• Dispatch emergency work orders to ground support teams promptly.
• Coordinate on‑site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain continuous communication with ground teams during incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes following operational guidelines.
• Track incident progress to resolution or further escalation.
• Record accurate details of incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Adhere to all emergency response and operational protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre, fleet monitoring environment, or similar operation.
• Strong situational awareness and decisive judgment.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient computer literacy and comfort with monitoring systems.
• Capability to follow escalation procedures accurately.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
