About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a proactive Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join a prestigious dining establishment in Dubai. You will oversee floor operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and coordinate seamlessly between front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant floor activities to deliver efficient and flawless service.
• Lead, motivate, and train floor staff to uphold high customer service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, following up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in line with company standards.
• Assist management with inventory control and stock management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Supervisor or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and MS Office.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
