Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing restaurant team.
• Ensure every guest receives warm, genuine hospitality and resolve feedback promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, monitor labour and food costs, and drive profitability.
• Recruit, train, and retain talent, creating clear career pathways.
• Drive sales initiatives and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain health, safety, and brand standards across all areas.
