Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Wingstop UAE is seeking a high‑performing Restaurant General Manager to take full operational ownership of its Dubai venue. The role focuses on driving high‑volume quick‑service performance, overseeing both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions, and leading a dynamic team toward operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH stations.
• Coach, mentor and build a high‑performing team dedicated to speed and customer service.
• Track and manage core financial metrics, including labor efficiency, food cost variance and sales KPIs.
• Maintain rigorous standards for food preparation, order accuracy, hygiene and brand compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and optimise store workflows for peak efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager within the QSR industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in managing full‑store P&L and driving operational strategy.

Required skills

• Expertise with QSR POS platforms.
• Labor optimisation and scheduling.
• Inventory variance tracking and cost controls.
• Store‑level P&L analysis.
