Restaurant General Manager – Pre‑Opening

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager with strong presence, personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality to lead three distinct food‑and‑beverage concepts at Kimpton Sevn Dubai during its pre‑opening phase. This hands‑on role places you at the heart of operations, building teams, shaping culture, and driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and performance of D.G.C.B., Scarlet Macaw, and The Nest.
• Own revenue, profitability, budgets, costs, and commercial strategy for all three outlets.
• Drive beverage excellence across cocktails, spirits, wine, and overall beverage performance.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop outlet managers and F&B teams.
• Build a warm, accountable, curious and fun culture; be visible on the floor and connect with guests.
• Partner with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Procurement and the wider hotel team.
• Identify and execute activations, events, partnerships and new revenue streams.
• During pre‑opening, design SOPs, mock services, recruitment plans and service culture from the ground up.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of senior F&B management experience, preferably in pre‑opening environments.
• Proven commercial and financial acumen with a track record of profitable operations.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and guest‑relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concepts simultaneously while maintaining Kimpton service standards.
