Restaurant Hostess – All Day Dining at Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Restaurant Hostess to join the All Day Dining team at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, table allocations and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team on table availability and guest preferences.
• Recognise returning guests and communicate special requests to staff.
• Provide restaurant information, menu recommendations and promote current promotions.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Support the team during busy periods to maintain seamless service.
• Ensure each guest receives a personalised farewell.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a front‑of‑house or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
