Restaurant Hostess – Guest Relations & Seating

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our Yas Island location in Abu Dhabi. You will welcome visitors, manage reservations and waitlists, and ensure a smooth seating flow, contributing to a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist using the restaurant’s system.
• Coordinate table rotation and communicate special requests to the serving team.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries about the menu, reservations, or events.
• Keep the hostess stand and entrance area clean and organized.
• Support the service team during peak periods and assist the lounge area when applicable.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer‑service role within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and flexible shift schedule.
