Restaurant Hostess

About the role

The Restaurant Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Working closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams, you will help ensure service standards exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage waiting lists and seat them according to preferences and table rotation.
• Provide menus, answer initial questions and share knowledge of the menu.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, handling complaints and resolutions.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining resort standards.
• Support other restaurant positions as needed and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and provide outstanding customer service.
