The Restaurant Hostess role at Say HELLO! is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hostess welcomes guests, manages waiting lists and guides patrons to their tables, creating a smooth and pleasant arrival experience. The role also involves handling phone inquiries, reservations and supporting the serving team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the waiting list.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables, ensuring a smooth seating process.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries and manage reservations.
• Coordinate with serving staff to align table turnover and guest flow.
• Maintain an organized, clean reception and waiting area.
• Support overall restaurant operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries and reservations.
• Basic reservation management experience, including booking system upkeep and seating plan organization.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are a plus.
• Professional appearance and the ability to stay calm and courteous in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior front‑of‑house or hospitality experience and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
