Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining (Downtown Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a flagship fine‑dining venue in Downtown Dubai. The role is responsible for upholding the brand’s luxury standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service flow, strict adherence to SOPs, and the highest hygiene and safety standards.
• Curate personalized VIP journeys, resolve complex guest concerns with diplomacy, and maintain the signature service style.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing, multicultural team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor P&L, control labour, inventory and waste costs, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Ensure visual merchandising, staff grooming and service rituals align with global brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years in food & beverage management, with at least 2 years in a luxury hotel or Michelin‑starred environment.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, high‑volume teams and deliver operational excellence.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; specialised fine‑dining training is a plus.
