About the role
Organic Pizza is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead its Abu Dhabi outlet. If you have at least one year of experience supervising a crew in a fast‑paced restaurant environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Train new employees on service standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Supervise daily shifts, monitor performance, and address any issues promptly.
- Expedite food and beverage orders to maintain smooth service flow.
- Open and close the restaurant, handling cash, inventory, and reporting duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high‑energy, customer‑focused setting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
