Restaurant Manager – Full‑time

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the outlet to operate profitably while delivering high‑quality food, fast and courteous service, and a clean, welcoming environment. This full‑time position reports to senior management and is responsible for meeting sales, profit and brand standards across all aspects of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets by managing the P&L, controlling costs and driving revenue growth.
• Maintain and improve QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Train, motivate and develop managers and staff, conduct regular appraisals and implement development plans.
• Implement local marketing initiatives, promotions and birthday party programs to boost traffic.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, fire safety, food hygiene and municipal regulations.
• Plan staffing, scheduling and cost controls, analyse month‑end reports and adjust operations accordingly.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a QSR environment, including at least 1 year in a management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Business acumen with a focus on results, problem‑solving and ethical conduct.
