Restaurant Manager – Prime 68 Steakhouse

About the role

The Prime 68 Steakhouse at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will oversee the steakhouse, its bar, and any related room service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all front‑of‑house activities, including service, staffing, and guest relations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Develop and implement service standards, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and create promotional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, local regulations, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a high‑volume restaurant or steakhouse.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and inventory software.
• Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
