Restaurant Manager – Quick Service (QSR)

About the role

The Independent Food Company is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concepts in the UAE. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, driving team performance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, leading and developing the team to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with the host/hostess to provide a warm welcome and support during peak periods.
• Maintain professional relationships with guests, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with the kitchen and chef to manage menu changes and presentations.
• Ensure food and beverage are served and cleared according to service standards and sequence.
• Control food and beverage inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of full‑service restaurant management experience, preferably within the UAE.
