Restaurant Reservations Agent

About the role

The Restaurant Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests seeking to book dining experiences at The Lana. You will ensure a seamless reservation process, reflecting the brand’s commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound reservation calls and emails for the hotel’s restaurants.
• Maintain accurate reservation records in the property’s booking system.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to confirm table availability and special requests.
• Provide guests with detailed information on menus, opening hours, and promotional offers.
• Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the front‑office and concierge teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation or property management software (e.g., OPERA, Resy).
