Restaurant Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Restaurant Reservations Agent to support One&Only One Za'abeel in Dubai. The role focuses on maximizing restaurant revenue and occupancy by managing reservations through Sevenrooms, Opera and the payment online system while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Enter all reservations promptly into Sevenrooms, Opera and the payment online system following hotel standards.
• Follow up on reservations to guarantee and confirm bookings, sending confirmations, regrets and replies within 24 hours.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, including exclusive and non‑exclusive group reservations from inquiry to contract.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests and callers, adhering to Leading Hotels of the World reservation standards.
• Maintain accurate reservation, accounting and confirmation records.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in restaurant reservations or similar hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask calls and emails simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
