About the role

Join the hospitality team at Waldorf Astoria Kuwait and be the first point of contact for guests seeking memorable dining experiences. As a Restaurant Reservations Agent you will manage bookings, answer inquiries and ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they call.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant reservations via phone, email and other channels, handling bookings, cancellations and amendments.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles and special requests in the system.
• Provide guests with information on menus, opening hours, promotions and assist them in selecting suitable dining times.
• Coordinate with restaurant teams to communicate VIP details, dietary requirements and preferences.
• Monitor table availability and optimise bookings to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Handle guest feedback, special occasions and resolve reservation‑related concerns professionally.
• Follow standard operating procedures, telephone etiquette and compliance with hotel policies and health‑safety regulations.
