Restaurant Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the Food & Beverage team at the upscale One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of front‑of‑house staff to maintain high quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist the Restaurant GM in planning, organizing, and directing all outlet processes.
• Monitor revenue, cost controls, and profit targets in line with budget forecasts.
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotel environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and communicate fluently in English (additional language a plus).
• Middle East/GCC experience is advantageous.
• Strong interest in wine with WSET Level 1‑3 certification (or equivalent).
