Retail Associate – Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Retail Associate to join the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi shop. The role involves delivering excellent guest service, promoting branded merchandise and ensuring the store operates smoothly and meets brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, offering product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Operate cash registers, barcode scanners and credit‑card machines, handling cash, card, voucher and stored‑value transactions accurately.
• Maintain and replenish product displays, labeling items according to brand guidelines.
• Apply product knowledge to assist guests and support promotional activities.
• Address basic guest complaints on the spot when required.
• Keep the retail environment clean, safe and ready for guests at all times.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly inventory counts.
• Perform any additional tasks needed to support business operations.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred; experience handling guest complaints is a plus.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift or carry items, including climbing ladders when needed.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling knowledge.
• Familiarity with operating computerized cash registers and related equipment.
