Retail Associate – Pharmacy Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Associate to join our Alfa Drug Store team in Dubai. You will be the front‑line representative, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain floor appearance, cleanliness, and a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
• Handle customer transactions at the cutting counter and cash register with professionalism and accuracy.
• Stock shelves according to planograms, ensuring products are in good condition.
• Assist customers during promotional events and answer product‑related inquiries.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and strong customer relationships.
• Support loss‑prevention efforts by following inventory and damage control procedures.
• Collaborate with store management and teammates on projects and training of new staff.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Willingness to learn product portfolios and store policies through training.

Required skills

• Operation of POS/cash register systems.
