Retail Banking Executive – Auto Loan

About the role

The Retail Banking Executive – Auto Loan will join Emirates NBD’s Auto Loans Unit, driving loan sales to both existing and new customers across the UAE. The role focuses on expanding market share, managing dealer relationships and cross‑selling complementary retail banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the market share of the Auto Loan business in line with the Group’s strategy.
• Manage relationships with auto dealerships and generate maximum business volume.
• Handle fleet, referral, and branch‑staff credit loan requirements.
• Cross‑sell credit cards, motor insurance, accounts and other retail products.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Provide professional advice on loan products and guide customers through the application process.
• Proactively contact portfolio customers to capture additional wallet share.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service standards are consistently exceeded.

Required profile

• Graduate or high‑school diploma with 1‑2 years of banking or retail sales experience.
• MBA or BBA preferred.
• Experience in the GCC/UAE market, especially in auto‑loan sales.
• Valid driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, focused and a good team player.

• Strong selling and marketing abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
