About the role
We are seeking a motivated Retail Counter Sales professional to join our team at Deira Gold Souk, Dubai. The role involves assisting walk‑in customers, promoting jewellery‑making tools and related equipment, and ensuring excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle walk‑in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
- Sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
Required profile
- Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
- Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
- Hindi/Gujarati/Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
What we offer
- Salary AED 2,500 per month.
- Accommodation provided.
- Transport provided.
- Working hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–9 PM, 6 days/week.
- Weekly off: Sunday/rotational.
