About the role
We are looking for experienced Retail Designers and design review professionals to join our Dubai office. The role involves working on shopping mall, retail and F&B projects, tenant design reviews, landlord design criteria and fit‑out documentation across multiple seniority levels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver retail and F&B store designs for shopping malls and mixed‑use developments.
- Conduct tenant design reviews and ensure compliance with landlord design criteria.
- Prepare and manage retail fit‑out documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on luxury, premium, hospitality, entertainment and airport retail projects.
- Provide design leadership for senior positions, mentoring junior staff and overseeing project delivery.
Required profile
- 3–15 years of experience in retail, F&B or mall design, depending on the level applied for.
- Proven track record in shopping mall, luxury, mixed‑use, hospitality, entertainment or airport retail projects.
- Relevant professional membership (e.g., SCE) preferred.
