Retail Manager – Premium Fitness Equipment

About the role

Befit seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead store operations, buying, and merchandising for its premium fitness equipment portfolio across the United Arab Emirates. You will drive sales growth, explore new market opportunities, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies, monitor KPIs, and build strategic partnerships.
• Manage product strategy, Open‑To‑Buy (OTB) planning, pricing, supplier negotiations and stock replenishment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, conduct compliance audits, and optimize visual merchandising.
• Lead, coach and develop a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns, in‑store events and align operations with the marketing calendar.
• Prepare budgets, control operational costs and report financial performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in premium or luxury segments, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial project management and team leadership.
• GCC experience and fluency in Arabic and English are strong advantages.
