Retail Merchandiser

About the role

The Retail Merchandiser is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing stock levels, and shaping the product offering across our stores. You will work closely with store teams, buyers, and regional partners to ensure each location delivers a compelling shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and monitor monthly sales activities, provide analysis, and support budget achievement.
• Track sell‑through of seasonal items, identify product trends, and adjust the mix accordingly.
• Manage stock levels, perform transfers, replenish stores, and oversee ageing stock according to group policy.
• Develop and execute product offers, supervise permanent stock and carry‑overs, and assist in open‑to‑buy budgeting.
• Collaborate with buyers during previews and podium events, synthesize buying results, and define store identities.
• Coordinate product supply with logistics partners, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain best‑seller availability.
• Support regional projects, conduct market and competitor analysis, and organize mystery visits.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
