Retail Partnerships Lead (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Retail Partnerships Lead will own the Lifestyle & Localization Partnerships vertical within the Etihad Guest loyalty programme, driving strategic development and management of retail and lifestyle propositions to boost customer engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic non‑air redemption and accrual initiatives for the Etihad Guest loyalty programme.
• Expand the non‑air portfolio, including the Reward Shop and Etihad GuestPay, to meet commercial targets.
• Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with retail, travel and lifestyle brands across regional and global markets.
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, data analytics and operations teams to deliver seamless loyalty experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of loyalty specialists, fostering a results‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in loyalty programme management, customer engagement or strategic partnerships, preferably in aviation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of retail, travel (hotel & car rental) and lifestyle sectors.
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using data‑analytics tools.
• Familiarity with loyalty‑program software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
