About the role

Join RAK Ceramics' retail team in the UAE as a Retail Sales Associate. You will deliver an exceptional showroom experience, guiding customers through personalized, solution‑based sales while supporting the company’s vision of industry leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage showroom visitors, advising on products and solutions that match their needs.
• Showcase tiles, sanitaryware, faucets and tableware, helping customers envision transformed living spaces.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, manage relationships, opportunities and follow‑ups.
• Act as a product and customer‑solutions expert, sharing feedback to improve the experience.
• Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve complaints promptly.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Stay updated on product launches, promotions and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards.
• Promote upselling and cross‑selling based on customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory, support visual merchandising and assist team members as needed.
• Adapt work schedule flexibly according to business needs.
