Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will represent du in a busy store environment, helping customers understand and choose the right telecom and data solutions. You will combine product knowledge with strong selling techniques to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Explain features and benefits of products, perform comparative selling and recommend services.
• Demonstrate products and ensure the store and workstation are tidy, with up‑to‑date brochures and leaflets.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Issue payments and receipts accurately, maintaining correct transaction data.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all du products, propositions and communications.
• Ensure stock and cash balances are accurate and discrepancy‑free.
• Complete customer and process tasks such as document verification, sales transactions, technical onboarding, account changes, migrations, upgrades/downgrades, self‑care registration, bill payment and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑service experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Good understanding of telecom and data products and services.
• Minimum high‑school certificate for UAE nationals or a diploma for expatriates.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Highly self‑motivated, strong listening skills and a passion for exceeding KPIs while maintaining customer focus.
• Ability to build genuine relationships, work collaboratively and influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
