Retail Sales Executive – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Retail Sales Executive who is fluent in Russian and English to join our Dubai store. You will be the front‑line ambassador, helping customers discover the right mobile phones, accessories and telecom services while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Promote and sell mobile phones, accessories, and telecom solutions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Demonstrate product features and clearly explain benefits.
• Maintain positive relationships and provide after‑sales support.
• Ensure the retail space is tidy, well‑stocked and meets company standards.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions and market trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory).
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, electronics or telecom.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for sales.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
