Retail Salesperson – Sneakers & Streetwear

About the role

Mad Kicks is seeking a full‑time Retail Salesperson to join its Dubai store. You will work on‑site, helping customers discover and purchase premium sneakers, bags and streetwear while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product knowledge on sneakers and streetwear.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory levels, perform stock checks and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Keep the store clean, organized and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or business qualifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Preferred experience in retail sales or a related field.
