Revenue & Reservation Intern

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a motivated intern to join the Revenue & Reservation team at Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha. This 3‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in revenue management and reservation operations within a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily revenue management tasks and reservation processes.
• Support the team in analysing booking trends and occupancy rates.
• Help maintain accurate and up‑to‑date reservation records.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Participate in revenue optimisation strategies and initiatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with booking modifications.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of revenue management principles.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and effective time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
