Risk Based Inspection Specialist – Pipeline

About the role

The Specialist, Risk Based Inspection will manage inspection standards and processes for static equipment in a pipeline environment, ensuring safety, reliability and optimal asset performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and report risk‑based inspection activities for all static equipment.
• Review asset reliability reports and assess equipment deviations to prevent operational disruptions.
• Participate in failure investigations, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend remedial measures.
• Implement audit recommendations and monitor integrity improvement action plans.
• Carry out quality‑assurance activities on inspections to meet safety standards.
• Recommend and evaluate new inspection technologies to enhance performance.
• Provide technical advice and support to asset management for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Metallurgy.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in inspection roles.
• Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills.
