Risk Manager – Integrated Risk Management

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to support the implementation of an integrated risk management process across major capital programmes and projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, deliver and continuously improve risk management practices that drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement risk management processes tailored to client needs and aligned with industry best practice.
• Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project teams to identify threats and opportunities.
• Produce risk reports that clearly communicate status, cost and schedule implications.
• Drive mitigation actions and develop measurable management responses.
• Develop and maintain efficient risk contingency processes and cost profiling.
• Lead, mentor and support risk specialists and broader project stakeholders.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8‑15 years of experience in risk management on large programmes or projects.
• Proven ability to apply an integrated risk management process covering risk, cost and schedule.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
