Risk Operations Lead

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Risk Operations Lead to strengthen its risk management framework across trading, payments and Web3 services. The role will combine data‑driven analysis with cross‑functional collaboration to protect users and support operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews and user‑behaviour analysis to support risk operations.
• Perform in‑depth analysis of internal and external data, delivering actionable insights for strategy development and model iteration.
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows and establish a standardized risk‑operations framework.
• Maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk‑control strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or data operations, with exposure to business risk control, marketing anti‑fraud, account security or fund security.
• Strong business acumen, risk intuition and the ability to translate anomalous data into clear explanations.
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis.
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.
