Road Transportation Specialist – International Freight

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing international freight brokerage in the UAE, is seeking a Road Transportation Specialist to lead and expand road freight operations across the Middle East and key international corridors. The role involves daily coordination with drivers and transport partners, preparation of competitive freight offers, and ensuring seamless end‑to‑end shipment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international road transportation operations across the Middle East and cross‑border routes.
• Communicate daily with drivers and transport partners, primarily in Hindi.
• Prepare, negotiate, and write freight offers and quotations accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct transport companies and driver networks.
• Identify, onboard, and manage reliable road transport partners and fleets.
• Coordinate shipment execution, routing, documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure technical accuracy in transport planning, pricing, and execution.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth end‑to‑end operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in international road transportation or road freight.
• Strong knowledge of Middle East road transport networks and regulations.
• Fluent Hindi speaker (mandatory) and good command of English.
• Proven ability to prepare freight offers and rate quotations.
• Hands‑on experience working directly with drivers and transport companies.
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of road transport partners.
