Roaming Superintendent

About the role

The Roaming Superintendent will oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance across multiple DP World properties in Dubai, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities across multiple sites.
• Conduct site inspections to verify health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise on‑site staff, contractors and service providers, ensuring work meets required standards.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and provide on‑site problem‑solving support.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate with property managers, tenants and stakeholders to address concerns.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control for maintenance and operations.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, inspections and compliance checks.
• Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, equipment and facilities.
• Support sustainability initiatives and efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing multi‑site property or facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage contractors, on‑site staff and service providers.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with tenants, managers and stakeholders.
