About the role

As a Room Attendant at Marriott International in Dubai, you will create the first impression of comfort and cleanliness for every guest. Your attention to detail ensures each room feels like a welcoming home away from home, contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
• Make beds, fold sheets, and arrange linens.
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and room‑service items.
• Greet guests and respond to their requests promptly.
• Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances.
• Dust, polish, and clean walls and furnishings.
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties.

Required profile

• Team‑first attitude with a willingness to collaborate.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to follow standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
