Room Dining Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Manager, In‑Room Dining will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and help drive the overall strategy of the F&B department at Atlantis, The Palm. You will oversee staffing, financial performance, marketing initiatives and product innovation to ensure the department meets its revenue and guest‑satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage day‑to‑day operations of the In‑Room Dining service.
• Control food costs, inventory and budgeting in line with departmental KPIs.
• Develop and launch new food and beverage concepts.
• Lead, coach and engage a team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on marketing and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of international experience at manager level or above.
• Pre‑opening experience and proven track record managing In‑Room Dining operations.
• Strong business administration and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
