Runner – Front of House Support

About the role

AlphaMind Group is looking for a Runner to join the Front of House team at its Son Of A Fish venue in Dubai. The Runner ensures that food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and accurately, supporting waitstaff and contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen or service stations to guests’ tables in a timely and professional manner.
• Check presentation, temperature, and accuracy of items before serving.
• Assist waitstaff during peak hours with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, pass stations, and supply stations.
• Communicate order status and guest requests effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Replenish cutlery, napkins, condiments, and menus as needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food‑handling standards.
• Handle guest interactions politely, escalating concerns to supervisors when required.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality or food‑and‑beverage experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of service standards and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Well‑groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
