About the role
Mira Clinic, an international provider of dental cosmetics, plastic surgery and hair transplant services, is seeking a bilingual Russian‑English Telesales Representative to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on promoting the clinic’s services to Russian‑speaking prospects and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with Russian‑speaking customers to present clinic offerings.
- Build trust and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Adapt working hours as needed to meet client demand.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales.
- Fluent Russian (spoken and written) and very good to excellent English.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary of 5,000 AED.
- Commission ranging from 1,000–2,500 EUR (3% of sales).
- Free training, annual flight ticket, work SIM card and laptop.
