Sales Account Executive

About the role

Sales Account Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand business needs and provide customized solutions to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Understand client needs and preferences to enhance satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand business challenges.
• Propose tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
• Present solutions persuasively and negotiate terms for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and contribute to forecasting.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and market changes.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sales.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in English (essential).
• Arabic language skills (essential or preferred).
