Sales Account Manager (Hindi/Urdu)

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager for the dubizzle Cars vertical, you will manage a B2B client base of auto dealers across the UAE, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work independently, proactively approach new prospects, and nurture existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with auto dealers and key stakeholders.
• Meet clients regularly, handle contract renewals, and upsell additional dubizzle features.
• Review client accounts, identify performance improvement opportunities, and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor client “Health” metrics and use insights to increase platform usage.
• Collaborate with management to introduce new products aligned with business needs.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Track all activities in Salesforce and meet performance targets set by the line manager.
• Stay informed on motor industry regulations and local market news.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• UAE driving licence.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in classifieds or the automotive sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and storytelling abilities.
• Fluent in Hindi and/or Urdu (preferred).
• Team‑player mindset with a results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM usage for activity tracking).
