Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to lead a portfolio of client accounts in Dubai, UAE. You will act as the primary contact, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored IT, SaaS and telecommunications solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate product or service solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms in line with company policies.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly, semi‑annual and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Solution Architects, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights.
• Support finance in payment collection and PMO in signing delivery certificates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT solutions, SaaS or telecommunications sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
