Sales Administrator

About the role

The Sales Administrator will ensure accurate and timely generation of sales reports and conduct in‑depth data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions for the sales team. Working within ERP/CRM systems, the role coordinates closely with supply chain, finance and other functions to maintain smooth sales operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales reporting tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Generate timely sales, inventory and order status reports.
• Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights for planning.
• Enter and maintain sales data in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Respond promptly to sales team and customer queries regarding orders and deliveries.
• Assist in invoice processing and preparation of sales documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, reporting or data analysis, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience working with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
