Sales Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to ensure accurate and timely generation of sales reports and in‑depth data analysis, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making for our sales team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Generate timely and accurate sales, inventory and order status reports.
• Analyse sales data and trends to provide actionable insights for sales planning.
• Maintain sales data entry and integrity within ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Respond promptly to sales team queries and customer requests related to orders and deliveries.
• Assist in invoice processing and preparation of sales documentation.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in sales administration, reporting or data analysis, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
